Where Are They Now?

 

Welcome to the "Where Are They Now?" page - a place dedicated to former St. Peter's pupils.

  • Your full name.
  • The years you attended St. Peter's.
  • A photograph of yourself (possibly then and now).
  • Any memories you have of the school.

Orlando Bloom

 

Orlando Bloom is probably St. Peter's most famous graduate to date! He was born in Canterbury on 13th January 1977 and spent time at St. Peter's and St. Edmund's School during his younger years. He was encouraged by his mother to take art and drama classes. In 1993, he moved to London to follow a two year A- Level course in Drama, Photography and Sculpture at Fine Arts College, Hampstead. He then joined the National Youth Theatre, spending two seasons there and earning a scholarship to train at the British American Drama Academy.

 

Orlando began acting professionally with television roles in episodes of Casualty and Midsomer Murders.

 

He has gone on to make appearances in a number of Hollywood blockbuster movies, including:

  • Lord of the Rings
  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Troy
  • Kingdom of Heaven

Kate Irwin

 

Kate Irwin attended St. Peter's between 1975 and 1984.

 

She is now a doctor looking after children.
