We are committed to maintaining and promoting safeguarding at St Peter’s.
The welfare and safety of all our children is the highest priority for staff and governors and every effort is taken to ensure that our school site is secure and safe, recruitment procedures are rigorous, policies and procedures are up to date and relevant and children are taught safe practices and how to manage risk.
This focus, alongside our warm, supportive ethos, helps children to feel safe within school.
The Designated Safeguarding Leads at St Peter’s are the Headteacher, the Deputy Head, the Assistant Headteacher and the Family Liaison Officer. Staff and parents can talk to them about any welfare or child safety concerns.
